Megan grew up along the Grand Strand and brings a lifelong knowledge of the area to every client she works with. Before joining Realty ONE Group Dockside, she spent over a decade in education, including six years in public schools and five in early childhood, and that teacher's approach still shapes how she works today: patience, clear explanations, and making sure clients truly understand each step of the process rather than just nodding along.
Licensed in South Carolina, Megan serves buyers and sellers across Horry and Georgetown counties, from the Grand Strand beaches of North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island, to the inland communities of Conway, Aynor, Loris, and beyond.
Her approach comes down to three things: attention to detail, clear and consistent communication, and honest guidance grounded in what the market is actually doing. When she is not working, Megan enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three children.
